We are looking for an enthusiastic Travel Executive to join our team at Vogue Tourism LLP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating customized itineraries, selling holiday packages, managing travel bookings, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Itineraries: Design customized holiday plans including accommodation, transport, activities, and sightseeing.
- Sell Holiday Packages: Suggest and sell travel packages suited to customer preferences and budget.
- Customer Support: Handle queries via phone, email, or chat on itineraries, bookings, and pricing.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and tour operators for smooth service delivery.
- Manage Bookings: Ensure accurate and timely execution of all travel bookings.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address complaints and provide quick resolutions.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of customer preferences and bookings for personalised service.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on travel trends and recommend innovative packages.
- Follow-up: Conduct post-sale follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in travel operations or holiday package sales.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software.
- Good knowledge of popular travel destinations and holiday packages.
