Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up with incoming leads.
- Connect with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Conduct consultation sessions via virtual meetings.
- Present company services and handle client queries.
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confident in handling client interactions and virtual meetings.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working night shifts.
