We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Lead – Teamcenter with 8–10 years of strong technical experience in Siemens Teamcenter development, along with demonstrated potential to transition into a managerial role. The ideal candidate will combine solid technical expertise with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen to drive project success, identify growth opportunities, and promote innovative solutions.

Familiarity with build/release management and CI/CD pipelines
PLM Knowledge

Strong understanding of PLM concepts, data models, and product lifecycle processes

Experience with CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus
