We are looking for an experienced Lecturer with expertise in Business and Information Technology to join our academic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning materials, including detailed schemes of work, module guides, session plans, webinar content, topic guidance, and activity checklists that reflect current industry and professional standards.
- Deliver engaging teaching through blended learning methods, including virtual and face-to-face sessions, as required.
- Develop relevant assessments and professional development activities aligned with programme learning outcomes.
- Design appropriate marking guides, achievement indicators, and provide robust marking, evaluation, and constructive feedback.
- Bring professional expertise and an understanding of current business and information technology practices into teaching and learning.
- Support students by responding to academic queries and providing guidance throughout their learning journey.
- Collaborate with the learner support team to ensure student satisfaction and academic success.
- Assist management in developing academic content for marketing, programme development, and other institutional initiatives.
- Manage student cohorts through virtual learning environments and other digital learning platforms.
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.
Essential Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and classroom facilitation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of current industry practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's qualifications in Information Technology or related disciplines (e.g., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech).
- Bachelor's or Master's qualifications in Business or Management-related disciplines (e.g., BBA, MBA).
- Candidates with a combination of qualifications in both Business and Information Technology will be preferred.
- Previous teaching experience in higher education.
- Industry experience in Business Management, Information Technology, or digital transformation.
- Experience using virtual learning environments and educational technologies.
