We are looking for a dynamic and creative Public Relations (PR) Executive to strengthen the organization's brand presence through media relations, social media management, event coordination, content creation, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in public relations, digital marketing, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations
- Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external events.
- Liaise with external PR agencies for media campaigns and event execution.
- Prepare press materials, content briefs, and media communication.
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility through print, digital, and online media.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, and industry publications.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding PR activities and invoice processing.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the organization's presence across social media platforms.
- Develop engaging content for social media campaigns.
- Create awareness about organizational initiatives, projects, and achievements.
- Increase brand visibility, reach, impressions, and follower engagement.
- Respond to queries received through social media platforms.
- Build strong relationships with online communities and key followers.
- Write articles, blogs, and content for newsletters and publications.
Website Management
- Develop and update website content regularly.
- Ensure timely updates of news, events, announcements, and achievements.
- Create engaging and informative web content to improve user experience.
Marketing & Branding
- Support overall brand management initiatives.
- Coordinate the design and development of marketing collateral including banners, brochures, posters, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Assist in video production and promotional campaigns whenever required.
- Prepare project presentations and proposals.
- Publish monthly newsletters and internal communication materials.
- Maintain activity reports, PR reports, and marketing performance reports.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal departments for branding activities.
Event Management
- Plan and execute seminars, workshops, exhibitions, awareness campaigns, and branding events.
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, media, and promotional activities for events.
- Ensure effective branding during organizational initiatives and campaigns.
Desired Skills

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Branding, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience working with government, semi-government, educational institutions, industry associations, or non-profit organizations will be preferred.
Compensation
- Salary: Up to ₹40,000 In-hand, based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
