Position Summary
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in lead generation, conversion optimization, funnel building, marketing analytics, and ROI-focused campaign management.
Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising Strategy
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across all business verticals. Plan monthly and quarterly lead generation campaigns. Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Create customer acquisition strategies for different business segments.
Google Ads Management
- Search Campaigns Display Campaigns Performance Max Campaigns YouTube Advertising Remarketing Campaigns Lead Form Campaigns
Responsibilities:
- Keyword planning and bidding strategies. Ad copy creation and testing. Landing page optimization. Conversion tracking setup. Cost-per-lead optimization.
Meta Ads Management

Funnel & Landing Page Optimization

Analytics & Reporting
