We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the growth of our High-Performance Personal Protective Equipment (HPPE) business within the assigned territory. The role focuses on developing key customer accounts, expanding channel partnerships, creating demand at the end-user level, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen market presence and deliver business growth.
Responsibilities
- Candidate to be responsible for the business development and growth of the Safety Products business in HPPE.
- He will be responsible for HPPE Sales and will report the Regional Sales Leader.
- He will be responsible to create the pull for the HPPE products from the end customer level and will also be responsible for driving the channel sales and ensure their commitment towards the HPPE business.
- Will be responsible for the growth of the business as per the organization expectations.
- Will be responsible to increase the awareness in Safety products in his territory with end customers and with the channel.
- The candidate will be directly responsible for 50 key accounts in his territory and will drive the business in these accounts by himself.
- He will be a cross functional team player - who will work with the PM's, Customer Service team and PSM's.
Qualifications
- Engineering / Science graduate will be preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
- The candidate must have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant territory and selling PPE's experience would be advantageous.
