QualificationThe candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised university of India and preferably be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Job Description:

Main duties and responsibilities:

Complying with SEBI SECC Regulations, 2018, SEBI SCRA, 1956 and correspondences with SEBI;
Drafting, vetting and reviewing of legal documents, agreements, contracts, MOUs, Letter of Engagements, NDAs and various documents of similar nature;
Interactions with outside counsels vis-à-vis compliance and legal work;
Attending hearing at Courts, Forums and Tribunals;
Liaison with Government bodies, Regulators etc.;
To interface with other departments/functions and provide legal assistance and support;
Advise the management on legal issues;
Preparations of updates/ MIS of legal cases.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be primarily responsible for litigation management of company’s cases going on in various courts and tribunals
