Job Role : Backoffice Operations Executive
1. Operations Management
- Handle daily operations across all departments.
- Improve processes for better productivity and quality.
- Ensure team follows company policies and standards.
- Coordinate between Sales, Service, Stores, HR, Accounts, and Operations.
- Resolve inter-department issues smoothly.
2. Planning & Execution
- Work with MD on business planning and execution.
- Review performance and suggest improvements.
- Identify growth opportunities and manage resources.
3. Team Management
- Guide and supervise team members across departments.
- Build a performance-driven and accountable work culture.
- Support hiring, training, and performance reviews.
4. Budget & Cost Control
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Monitor expenses and reduce unnecessary costs.
- Prepare MIS reports and track key metrics.
5. Client & Vendor Handling
- Ensure good service and client satisfaction.
- Manage vendors for timely and cost-effective work.
- Resolve issues independently without escalation.
6. Risk & Compliance
- Identify risks and take preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Conduct audits and implement improvements.
7. Reporting & Analysis
- Share reports and insights with management.
- Track KPIs and overall performance.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
- Improve workflows and implement SOPs.
- Collect and analyze data for decision-making.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
