Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Residential Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensure the safety and well-being of residents, maintain discipline, and provide a comfortable living environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise hostel residents and maintain discipline.
- Ensure the safety, security, and welfare of residents.
- Monitor attendance, room allocation, and hostel records.
- Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and meal arrangements.
- Enforce hostel rules and report incidents to the Centre Head.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in hostel, residential, or facility management preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and work flexible hours.
