Job Title: Solar Sales Consultant
Work Mode: Work From Office / Field
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: Any weekday of candidate’s choice (Sat-Sun working is mandatory)
Mandatory Requirements
Male / Female candidates
Sales background (Solar, Renewable Energy, Real Estate, or field sales preferred) Two-wheeler is mandatory
Valid driving license is mandatory
Must be comfortable with daily home visits and roof inspections
Job Objective
To sell rooftop solar projects, conduct home visits & roof inspections, close dealsefficiently, and meet monthly sales targets.
Sales Target
Monthly Closure Target: 10–12 Rooftop Solar Projects per month (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with inbound & outbound leads to pitch rooftop solar solutions.
2. Conduct mandatory home visits and roof inspections for all assignedappointments.
3. Generate self-set appointments through local visits, referrals, and personal
networking.
4. Understand customer requirements and offer the most suitable solar package.
5. Prepare quotations and explain both technical and financial details clearly.
6. Drive closures to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
7. Maintain punctual follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
8. Update CRM with lead activity, meeting notes, and closure status.
9. Coordinate with technical and site survey teams during project assessment.
10. Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and selling skills
Clear communication and customer handling skills
Ability to conduct fieldwork and roof inspections
High motivation with a target-driven mindset
Understanding of basic solar concepts (preferred)
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹ 20,000 per month + Incentives + TA
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
