Desired Experience Range: 5 years to 12 Years

Key Responsibilities
Configuration for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Comp, Self services, Performance, Learning, Recruitment
Define and manage security roles, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
Perform data migration and conversions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance.
Conduct system testing (SIT, UAT) and ensure defect resolution.
Work on HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, REST APIs, OIC.
Manage data migration and loading using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader
Required Skills
Strong experience across major Fusion HCM modules.
Understanding of global/local HR compliance, payroll rules, and security.
Hands‑on with HCM Extracts and integration mapping.
Experience with integration patterns and reporting frameworks.
Experience working on multiple full lifecycle implementations
Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop‑leading skills.
