We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to handle daily administrative, accounting, and operational tasks for our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management & Billing: Taking orders, itemizing products, generating invoices, and managing billing.
- Accounts & Compliance: Handling Tally/ERP data entry, processing GST, and assisting with other tax returns.
- Logistics & Coordination: Overseeing dispatch, coordinating production-related work, and liaising with external parties.
- Communication: Handling tele-calling, client follow-ups, and sending timely reminders.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate, preferably with a Commerce (B.Com) or Accounts background with good knowledge of AI like Gemini.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience, preferably in the pharma sector.
- Technical Skills: Well-versed in Tally/ERP systems, basic computer operations, and proficient in English.
- Age Limit: Maximum 39 years.
- Assets: Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler for commuting/local tasks.
