Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for the position of Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and managing follow-up schedules. The role involves explaining the company's services, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of calls and customer information. Additional responsibilities include building customer relationships through proactive communication and providing updates on real estate opportunities that meet clients’ needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction
- Confident and persuasive telephone etiquette with the ability to handle objections
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and meet sales or outreach targets
- Self-motivated, punctual, and well-organized
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
- Passion for client service and relationship building in the real estate or sales industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service or sales are advantageous
- Prior experience in a call center, tele calling, or sales role is preferred
- Minimum Experience required is 6 Months
Pay: ₹13,670.30 - ₹30,000.00 per month
