Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to make mathematics engaging and understandable for students. The teacher will play a key role in fostering analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Teach mathematical concepts using interactive and activity-based learning methods.
- Create a positive, disciplined, and student-centered classroom environment.
- Assess student performance through classwork, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide remedial coaching.
- Prepare lesson plans, question papers, worksheets, and progress reports.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic progress and behavior.
- Participate in school meetings, training programs, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate attendance and academic records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics (B.Sc./M.Sc.) with B.Ed. (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Prior teaching experience in CBSE/State Board schools is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
