Experience

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Analyze sales performance data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics aligned with business objectives.
Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Represent the team in client meetings and provide strategic guidance during client interactions.
Maintain and foster strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and partners.
Requirements
Proven leadership experience in a sales environment, ideally within the automobile industry.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present and pitch effectively to a diverse audience.
Experience in sales analysis and strategy development to drive revenue growth.
Hands-on experience in automotive sales, including managing dealership or direct sales operations.
Understanding of electric vehicles (EVs) and their market positioning in India.
Ability to work independently and under pressure, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and optimize team performance.
Nice to Have (Skills)
Certification or training in sales management or leadership.
Experience with CRM systems or tools specific to the automobile sector.
Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms used in automotive sales.
Strong negotiation skills for contract discussions and closing deals.
