We are currently hiring motivated professionals to handle sales, customer support, and night-shift dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal directly with US/Canada clients via voice and email during US night shifts in an in-office role.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, research, and inbound inquiries.
- Understand client requirements, recommend services, and prepare quotations.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to move leads through the pipeline and close sales.
- Handle end-to-end dispatch execution and ensure accurate freight documentation.
- Maintain complete customer and sales records within CRM software.
- Coordinate with cross-functional support and logistics teams to ensure smooth post-sales service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a relevant field.
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, customer support, or logistics.
- Fluency in English with experience in CRM tools and basic MS Office/Excel.
Typical KPIs
- Daily call volume and lead qualification count.
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- Monthly sales target & revenue achievement.
- Accuracy in dispatch execution & documentation.
