Human Resources Executive

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management support, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures a positive work environment and supports organizational growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Prepare joining documentation.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Coordinate exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.
- Issue experience and relieving letters.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and working hours.
- Maintain leave records and approvals.
- Generate attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with company attendance policies.
4. Payroll Support
- Collect payroll-related information.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary processing.
- Manage employee benefits, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Address employee payroll-related queries.
5. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees.
6. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain performance records.
- Coordinate goal-setting and review cycles.
- Assist managers in performance improvement initiatives.
7. HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement and communicate company policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Support internal and external audits.
8. Training & Development
- Identify training needs.
- Coordinate employee training programs.
- Maintain training records and feedback reports.
- Support employee skill development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–5 years of HR experience (depending on designation level).

Pay: ₹25,000.76 - ₹30,147.54 per month
