We are seeking a compassionate and energetic ANM Nurse - Caregiver / Care Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support individuals in various care settings. Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: ANM / DNM
- Must have certification from an INC-approved institution
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Gender: Male / Female
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: €1200 – €1300 per month (Overtime applicable)
- Working Hours: 38 hours per week
- Accommodation:
- 1st month free
- €200 per month from the 2nd month
- Yearly bonus
- 30 days paid leave per year

Duties
- Assist residents or patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to ensure patient well-being
- Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
- Support residents with memory care needs, including dementia or Alzheimer's care, using specialized techniques
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient observations, care plans, medication administration, and progress notes
- Use equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident’s <PERSON> to safely transfer individuals with mobility challenges.
