Smytten is launching the Buzz Creator Launch Pad — a hands-on internship for aspiring creators who want to turn content into a career.
This is not about just posting reels. It’s about learning by doing, creating real brand content, and building a portfolio that actually matters.
Script, shoot, and edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
Create engaging content for Smytten’s social media platforms
Work closely with the marketing & creative teams on live campaigns
Experiment with trends, formats, and storytelling styles
Learn how branded content is planned, produced, and published
Build a strong content portfolio by the end of the internship
Content ideation & scripting
Camera basics & shooting techniques
Video editing for social platforms
Understanding brand voice & audience engagement
Real-world creator workflows (not theory)
Aspiring content creators based in Bangalore
Comfortable being on camera or behind it
Passionate about social media, trends, and storytelling
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Willing to learn, experiment, and create consistently
Hands-on learning with real brand exposure
Work on actual Smytten content (not dummy projects)
Mentorship from industry professionals
