Job Description: E-commerce Account Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Account Manager to oversee and optimize our presence across various e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of online sales strategies, keyword management, and product listing processes, coupled with exceptional coordination and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings, including A+ content on e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate and attractive product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Regularly update listings to improve visibility and sales performance.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales through effective marketplace strategies and execution.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals as set by the organization.
- Analyze marketplace data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
3. Keyword and SEO Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research to improve product discoverability.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to maximize search rankings.
- Continuously monitor and refine keyword usage for optimal performance.
4. Vendor Coordination:
- Work closely with vendors to ensure timely inventory updates and order fulfillment.
- Resolve any vendor-related issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
5. Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
6. Customer Engagement:
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to enhance product offerings.
- Coordinate with support teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, or others.
- Strong knowledge of listing optimization, keyword management, and A+ content creation.
- Excellent understanding of sales strategies and revenue generation.
- Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in using e-commerce tools and analytics platforms.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce software/tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Indian marketplaces.
- Knowledge of advertising and promotional strategies on e-commerce platforms.
