We Are Hiring – Manager
We are looking for an educated, responsible, and experienced Manager who can:
- Manage and guide a team of telecallers
- Monitor customer calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Handle website enquiries and online orders
- Update basic website content when required
- Prepare daily performance reports
- Motivate the team and achieve sales targets
- Communicate professionally with customers
Requirements:
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Computer and website knowledge
- Ability to manage a team efficiently
- Responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or team management is preferred
