Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive
Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting pre-sales activities including solution design, programming support, documentation, client communication, and product demonstrations. The role works closely with sales and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and pre-sales support to the sales team.
- Assist in solution design, estimation, and programming support.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical clarifications.
- Support product demonstrations, customer meetings, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Automation, or related field.
- Experience or exposure to Automation, MEP, ELV, Building Management Systems (BMS), or related technical domains is preferred.
- Good communication and client interaction skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Reporting To: Pre-Sales Manager / Technical Manager
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
