Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Explain course curriculum, fees, benefits, learning outcomes, and placement support.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into admissions/enrollments.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM systems.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission/revenue targets.
- Coordinate with academic, onboarding, and support teams for smooth student experience.
- Resolve student queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, courses, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹11,408.34 - ₹37,474.76 per month
