Job Title: Student Engagement Executive
Job Summary:
The Student Engagement Executive serves as the primary point of contact for students, helping them stay engaged throughout their learning journey. The role involves providing support, resolving concerns, encouraging participation, coordinating activities, and ensuring a positive student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls, emails, and messages to ensure student engagement.
- Guide students on course schedules, learning resources, and platform usage.
- Address student queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Track attendance, participation, and course progress.
- Encourage students to complete assignments, assessments, and certifications.
- Coordinate webinars, workshops, and student engagement activities.
- Collect student feedback and share insights with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM or student management system.
- Collaborate with academic, sales, and support teams to improve the overall student experience.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, customer success, student engagement, or customer support.
- Experience in the EdTech or education sector is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
