Position: CMM Programmer
Qualification: Diploma / B.E – Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2 – 7 Years
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Location: Ganapathy, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Job Responsibilities
- Perform receiving inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection of machined components.
- Operate and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
- Develop and execute CMM programs using Calypso software (Zeiss).
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and blueprints.
- Perform measurement and inspection using various inspection tools and instruments.
- Ensure all products meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain proper inspection reports and documentation.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CMM Programming – Calypso (Zeiss)
- Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings
- Experience in precision measurement and inspection tools
- Knowledge of quality inspection methods in machine shop environment
