Job Title: HR Intern

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. The intern will gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, documentation, and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support attendance tracking and HR administrative tasks.
- Handle other HR-related assignments as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is an advantage.
