The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, analyzing, optimizing, and growing social media presence across multiple client and company accounts. The ideal candidate should be passionate about trends, data, audience behaviour, SEO, content strategy, and performance marketing.
This role requires someone who can think strategically, analyze performance, identify opportunities, and proactively suggest ideas that improve engagement, reach, and lead generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy
- Develop monthly content strategies for clients and the company.
- Build content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Identify platform-specific growth opportunities.
- Suggest innovative campaign ideas based on current trends.
Content Planning & Management
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers.
- Prepare detailed posting schedules.
- Ensure content is published on time across all platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across client accounts.
Trend Research
- Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Threads, and emerging platform trends.
- Identify trending audio, hashtags, content formats, and viral opportunities.
- Recommend trend-based content ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct competitor research and benchmark industry best practices.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor social media performance daily.
- Analyze engagement, reach, impressions, audience growth, watch time, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify high-performing and low-performing content.
- Recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Present actionable insights to the management and clients.
SEO & Social Search Optimization
- Optimize captions, hashtags, keywords, and profile information.
- Understand keyword research for social platforms and search engines.
- Work closely with the SEO team to improve discoverability.
- Ensure content supports organic growth and search visibility.
Client Management
- Understand each client's business objectives.
- Suggest new content ideas based on industry trends.
- Coordinate with clients for approvals and feedback.
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Campaign Support
- Support paid campaign planning.
- Coordinate with the Ads team.
- Analyze campaign performance.
- Suggest optimization opportunities.
Market Research
- Research competitor activities.
- Study audience behaviour.
- Identify content gaps.
- Suggest new service opportunities for clients.
Internal Marketing
- Manage Dangura Digital's social media presence.
- Suggest branding initiatives.
- Build thought leadership through consistent content.
- Support employer branding activities.

Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Threads.
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media Analytics.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of hashtags, algorithms, and audience behaviour.
- Ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

Experience
- 0–2 years (Freshers with exceptional knowledge and internships are welcome.)
- Agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.
