Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and professional Customer Service Executive with excellent spoken and written English to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information about our services, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Communicate confidently in English with clients over calls, emails, and chats.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM records accurately.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues and feedback.
- Maintain proper call logs, reports, and customer databases.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department whenever required.
- Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Customer Support, or Client Relationship roles.
- Freshers with exceptional English communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Clear pronunciation and a neutral communication style.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional etiquette and positive attitude.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in IT, Real Estate, Banking, Financial Services, or BPO will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
