Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate English courses effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Enhance students' communication, writing, and language skills.
- Mentor students in academic, literary, and research activities.
- Participate in curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
- Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals.
- Organize seminars, workshops, literary events, and English language activities.
- Contribute to accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional development.
Qualifications
- M.A. in English from a recognized university.
- Ph.D. in English preferred.
- NET/SET qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
- First Class in all preceding degrees.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Colleges or Universities.
- Strong subject knowledge and research aptitude.
- Experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students is preferred.
