Job Overview
Plumeria Holidays is looking for a results-driven Holiday Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages. The role requires strong client engagement skills and the ability to convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Responsibilities
- Interact with prospective travelers and understand their holiday requirements
- Promote suitable holiday packages and travel experiences
- Prepare package quotations and explain pricing details to clients
- Follow up with leads and close sales effectively
- Achieve monthly revenue and booking targets
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or travel industry
- Familiarity with FIT and GIT holiday packages preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented approach to sales
- Graduate in any discipline
