**Job Description:**
* Manage and supervise daily **production line operations** for electronic products.
* Lead production operators and ensure smooth line performance.
* Plan and achieve daily/weekly **production targets**.
* Monitor assembly, testing, quality, and material availability.
* Coordinate with **Quality, Engineering, Stores, Maintenance, and Supply Chain** teams.
* Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with **quality, safety, and production standards**.
* Monitor productivity, rejection, rework, and production efficiency.
* Maintain production reports, shift records, and related documentation.
* Drive continuous improvement in **productivity, quality, and process efficiency**.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's/Diploma in **Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Production Engineering, or related field**.
* 3–5 years of experience in **electronics manufacturing/production line operations**.
* Experience in production supervision or line-in-charge roles.
* Good understanding of **electronics assembly, testing, and manufacturing processes**.
* Knowledge of **5S, Lean Manufacturing, and basic quality practices**.
* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Working knowledge of **MS Excel / ERP systems**
