We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Assistant Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents regarding courses in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Multimedia, and related creative fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries from students and parents.
- Understand students' interests, career goals, and educational background.
- Explain courses, curriculum, career opportunities, fees, and placement support.
- Counsel students and parents and assist them in selecting suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and support the complete admission process.
- Maintain lead and enquiry records and provide regular follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with faculty and the centre team for counselling sessions, demos, and campus visits.
- Support seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain good relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in counselling, admissions, telesales, or a customer-facing role.
- Candidates with experience or knowledge of MAAC, Arena Animation, ZICA, or similar Animation/VFX/Design institutes will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with follow-ups and admissions targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Candidates with strong communication skills and relevant industry knowledge can also apply as freshers.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
