Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Operations Project Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a marketing agency environment and the ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently while ensuring quality and timelines.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs
Campaign Execution & Management
Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns (on-ground + digital), ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to timelines.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination
Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, creatives, field teams) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring campaign requirements are clearly understood and executed.
On-Ground Operations Handling
Manage logistics, activations, and field execution of campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Problem Solving & Escalation Management
Quickly identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to avoid delays or disruptions.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor campaign progress, track KPIs, and share execution reports with insights.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a marketing agency / campaign operations role
- Strong understanding of campaign execution (on-ground + digital)
- Go-getter attitude with high ownership and accountability
- Excellent coordination and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to handle field work and dynamic schedules

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Marketing Agency: 3 years (Preferred)
- Marketing campaign management : 2 years (Preferred)
- Digital Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Non Digital Marketing : 3 years (Preferred)
- problem solving: 2 years (Preferred)
