Position Summary We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Manager with expertise in ERP implementation to lead the deployment, customization, and optimization of our enterprise resource planning system. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, improved efficiency, and alignment with business processes.
Job Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation & Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP, including requirement gathering, planning, deployment, testing, and post-go-live support.
- Develop and execute a project roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, and IT teams to tailor Epicor to meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ERP deployment.
System Configuration & Customization:
- Configure ERP modules (finance, manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, CRM) to optimize business operations.
- Customize ERP dashboards, reports, and workflows for an enhanced user experience.
- Integrate ERP with third-party applications (CRM, WMS, MES, EDI, etc.) for a seamless ecosystem.
Data Migration & System Testing:
- Oversee data migration from legacy systems to ERP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing, troubleshooting issues prior to full deployment.
Training & Post-Implementation Support:
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for internal teams.
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal ERP usage.
Continuous Improvement & Business Optimization:
- Analyze business processes and recommend automation and efficiency improvements using Epicor features.
- Stay updated on Epicor upgrades, patches, and new functionalities to maximize system capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Any Graduate with 6 to 8 years of experience in implementing any ERP.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, CRM, etc.).
- Expertise in ERP data migration, integration, and customization.
- Knowledge of SQL, SSRS reporting, BPMs (Business Process Management)
- Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to analyze business processes and align them with ERP best practices.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or engineering industries.
