PK Social Studio is a new social media management company focused on delivering high-quality, professionally managed social media for U.S. businesses at competitive pricing.
We are looking for a Social Media Manager – Content & Growth who can help build PK Social Studio's own social presence from the ground up and then manage social media for our growing client base.
What you'll do:
- Help establish and professionally present PK Social Studio on Instagram and Facebook
- Create high-quality posts, graphics, Stories and Reels
- Develop content calendars and maintain consistent brand presentation
- Write engaging captions and calls to action
- Schedule and publish content
- Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts for clients
- Review performance and recommend improvements
- Research trends and new content opportunities
- Research potential U.S. business clients and identify opportunities
- Prepare personalized outreach and follow-ups
- Communicate professionally with clients when required
What we're looking for:
- Strong Instagram and Facebook knowledge
- Excellent visual/creative judgment
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe or similar tools
- Reels and short-form video editing
- Strong written English and copywriting
- Content planning and social media strategy
- Organized, dependable and comfortable working independently
Experience with TikTok, Meta Business Suite, analytics, paid social advertising and AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.
This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in India, requiring approximately 6–8 hours per day depending on business and client workload.
The position begins with a 3-month probation period. Compensation will be finalized based on the selected candidate's capabilities and overall fit. Following successful completion of probation, compensation and responsibilities will be reviewed based on performance and contribution.
