- Food Preparation: Prepare traditional Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes (e.g., dim sum, noodles, fried rice, and stir-fries) in accordance with standard recipes.
- Wok & Station Management: Efficiently manage high-heat wok cooking, ensuring proper cooking times and heat levels.
- Mise en Place: Gather and prep ingredients prior to service hours, including cutting vegetables, slicing meats, and mixing signature sauces.
- Quality Control: Ensure food taste, texture, portioning, and presentation consistently meet restaurant standards.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean work area and strictly adhere to food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Inventory & Stock: Monitor ingredient levels, rotate stock, and properly store unused food to minimize waste.
