Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive product adoption. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their business goals while identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct customer onboarding and training sessions.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Nutritionist, Trainers and support to ensure customer success.
- Drive customer retention, renewals, and account growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions with customers.
- Track and report customer success metrics, including retention and satisfaction scores.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights.
