Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Manage walk-in enquiries and coordinate appointments with the sales team.

Maintain visitor records and ensure accurate lead registration.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries.

Coordinate refreshments and ensure a premium customer experience.

Keep the reception and customer lounge presentable at all times.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth visitor management.

Manage courier, office supplies, and general front desk operations.

Graduate in any discipline.

2–5 years of experience as a receptionist, front office executive, customer service executive, or hospitality professional.

Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.

Well-groomed, punctual, and highly organized.

Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, premium retail, or banking will be an advantage.
