#Position: Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance
#Location: Ahilya Nagar, Maharashtra- 414111
#Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance based in Ahilya Nagar, Maharashtra- 414111. The Senior Manager will oversee the accounting and financial operations, ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, and manage financial controls. Responsibilities include preparing and analysing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and managing audits. The role also involves providing financial insights to support decision-making and identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures and process optimisation.
#Qualifications/ Key Requirements:
1. Expertise in Financial Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Reporting Minimum 10+ years.
2. Industry: Must have prior experience in the manufacturing and Service industry
3. Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, and Cost Management
4. Strong knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation – GST, TDS, Income Tax, Tax Audits, Compliance, and Regulatory Standards,
5. Proficiency in Accounting Software and ERP systems (SAP/Tally preferred)
6. Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-making skills
7. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication abilities
8. Relevant certifications, such as CA or CMA, are highly desirable
9. Experience in manufacturing industries or similar sectors is a plus
10. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (master’s preferred)
#Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end accounts finalisation and compliance
2. Manage taxation, assessments, and liaise with consultants/auditors
3. Monitor daily cash flow, fund planning, and banking operations
4. Ensure timely MIS & reports to management
5. Lead month-end & year-end closing activities
6. Drive process improvements and internal controls
