Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst in finance transformation or process improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of core accounting and finance operations.
- Hands-on experience with areas such as:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Accounts Payable & Invoice Processing
- General Ledger
- Financial Close & Reconciliation
- Financial Reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with senior finance leadership, including Finance Controllers or Finance Managers.
- Ability to translate business requirements into process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Access Dimensions ERP/accounting system would be highly advantageous.
- Exposure to finance systems modernization, reporting platforms, or enterprise data initiatives is a plus.
- Knowledge of finance process optimization methodologies or transformation programs.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,300.00 per hour
