About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing real estate team. If you enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and helping clients find the right property, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any stream).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
