About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, passionate, and creative Preschool Teacher who believes in play-based, nature-inspired learning. You’ll nurture children’s curiosity, confidence, and love for learning while creating a safe and joyful classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and conduct engaging learning experiences.
* Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
* Create a warm, safe, and organised classroom.
* Conduct outdoor and nature-based activities.
* Build positive relationships with parents.
* Observe and document children’s progress.
* Collaborate with the school team and attend training sessions.
Requirements
* Graduate with ECCE/NTT/Montessori certification preferred.
* 1–2 years of preschool experience (Freshers with passion may apply).
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Love for children, creativity, and willingness to learn.
