Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading the overall HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, performance management, and HR strategy. The role ensures smooth HR operations while supporting organizational growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.).
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Drive performance management, appraisals, training, and leadership development programs.
- Maintain HR MIS, reports, and support management in strategic HR planning.
- Ensure a positive workplace culture and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of relevant HR experience, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR best practices.
