- Execute the daily preparation and plating of all cold appetizers, terrines, sauces, salads, and sandwiches.
- Apply advanced garnishing and design techniques to ensure all plates and banquet displays meet established luxury visual standards.
- Prep and extract fresh, seasonal juices on demand during fast-paced à la carte service shifts.
- Ensure mise en place is prepared, organized, and sufficient for service.
- Maintain quality and consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
