Description
We are looking for a result-oriented and proactive individual to join the M&S HR team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and driving Learning & Development (L&D) and Employee Wellness initiatives that support capability building, enhance productivity, and strengthen overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Learning & Development (L&D) :
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of training programs aligned to business capability requirements.
- Support training lifecycle including Training Need Identification (TNI), program logistics, content coordination, and session execution.
- Facilitate logistics for internal training sessions including nominations, scheduling, venue/virtual coordination, and participant communication.
- Liaise with external training partners and vendors for capability-building interventions.
- Administer training feedback mechanisms and track effectiveness metrics such as participation, completion rates, and learning impact.
- Provide data-based insights for continuous improvement of learning interventions.

Employee Wellness:
- Support design and execution of the annual employee wellness and engagement calendar.
- Coordinate wellness drives, engagement initiatives, and thematic campaigns aligned to organizational priorities.
- Coordinate with empaneled vendors for wellness initiatives, health check-ups, and employee assistance programs.
- Support vendor onboarding documentation, contract tracking, and invoice processing as per company guidelines.
- Drive implementation of wellness initiatives including preventive health programs, mental wellbeing interventions, and fitness campaigns based on workforce insights.
- Drive awareness and participation in wellness initiatives through structured communication plans.
- Manage digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint / intranet) for publishing learning and wellness content and event updates.
- Track program utilization, participation trends, and engagement indicators.
- Prepare dashboards and periodic reports to support data-driven decisions on capability building and employee experience.

Project Management & Process Improvement:
- Support rollout of organization-wide L&D and wellness initiatives in collaboration with HRBPs and business stakeholders.
- Independently manage defined projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, trackers, and process documentation for learning academies, engagement initiatives, and vendor governance
4.
General Responsibilities:
- Track program budgets, utilization, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, functional leaders, and employees to ensure learning and wellness interventions address business priorities.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and statutory guidelines related to employee programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Business Administration or related field.
- A postgraduate qualification in HR, Psychology, or Organizational Development will be an added advantage.
- The applicant should have 7 - 9 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
