POSITION DESCRIPTION
Karma Experience is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented CRM & Data Analyst to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity, who are eager to build a career in CRM management and data analysis. You will help keep our CRM data clean and reliable, support report and dashboard creation, and work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to turn raw data into clear, actionable insight.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately, including basic deduplication, data hygiene, and validation checks.
- Extract and organize data using Excel and basic SQL queries to support day-to-day reporting needs.
- Assist in building and updating reports and dashboards and reports under guidance from senior team members.
- Work with structured and semi-structured data (including JSON) from CRM exports and reports.
- Support sales and marketing teams with data entry, list preparation, and simple funnel/pipeline tracking.
- Help prepare recurring reports and flag data discrepancies for correction.
- Assist in identifying basic trends and patterns in customer data and share observations with the team.
- Support CRM-related administrative tasks such as data uploads and record updates.
- Follow documented processes for data definitions and reporting to ensure consistency.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (freshers welcome to apply).
- 0-1 year of experience in a CRM, data, or reporting-related role; internships also considered.
- Good working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/basic functions).
- Basic understanding of SQL for querying data.
- Basic understanding of JSON data structures is a plus.
- Willingness to learn CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) on the job.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen interest in working with data.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
