Position - Regional Sales Head
Location - Guwahati
At Frozzeto, we're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and accelerate our growth across Northeast India. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building markets, developing high-performing teams, and creating strong distribution networks.
What you will be doing -
As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the overall sales performance of your region. Your day will involve meeting distributors and key retail partners, identifying new business opportunities, mentoring the sales team, reviewing market performance, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
You'll play a key role in expanding Frozzeto's market presence, strengthening channel partnerships, monitoring competitor activity, and ensuring our products are consistently available across the region. Your insights and decisions will directly contribute to the brand's growth and long-term success.
What we are looking for -
- Someone with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in food, frozen foods, dairy, or packaged foods.
- Proven experience in managing regional sales, distributor networks, and channel partners.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
