Position: Butler – Luxury SuitesJob Summary
As a Luxury Suites Butler, you will deliver exceptional, personalized, and anticipatory service to VIP and suite guests throughout their stay. Acting as the primary point of contact from pre-arrival to post-departure, you will ensure every guest experience is seamless, discreet, and memorable while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. This role requires impeccable grooming, attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate guest needs before they are expressed.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome VIP and Suite guests with personalized check-in and room orientation.
- Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements and special guest preferences.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all guest requests during the stay.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, bespoke service.
- Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, sightseeing, spa bookings, and personalized experiences.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Security to ensure flawless service.
- Perform suite inspections before guest arrival, ensuring impeccable presentation.
- Assist with luggage handling, unpacking, packing, garment pressing, and laundry coordination.
- Deliver welcome amenities, refreshments, and personalized in-room experiences.
- Handle guest complaints promptly with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and confidentiality.
- Prepare departure arrangements, express check-out, airport transfers, and farewell experiences.
- Build strong relationships with repeat and long-stay guests to encourage loyalty and personalized recognition.
- Promote hotel facilities and maximize guest satisfaction while maintaining luxury brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality or Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience in Luxury Hotels, Butler Service, Guest Relations, or Front Office or internship completed , Associates
- Professional grooming and positive attitude.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
