Ekdant Technologies is seeking a motivated and results-driven Career Advisor / Sales Professional to help students and skilled professionals achieve their international education and immigration goals.
In this role, you will consult with prospective clients, understand their career aspirations, recommend suitable study, work, or immigration pathways, and guide them throughout the enrollment process. This is a client-facing position that combines career counseling with consultative sales, requiring excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients via phone, video calls, and email.
- Understand each client's background and recommend appropriate career, study, or immigration solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients through professional follow-up and relationship management.
- Explain our services, pricing, and process clearly and confidently.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Meet monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, education pathways, and immigration programs.
Requirements
- Experience as a Career Advisor, Education Counselor, Immigration Counselor, or Sales Consultant.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to build trust and provide professional guidance to clients.
- Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international education, immigration consulting, recruitment, or career counseling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales or enrollment targets.
- Experience working with clients interested in Canada, the USA, Australia, or other international destinations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
